I’ve tried pretty much every diet that has ever existed.  Low carb diets, grapefruit diets, the zone, you name it.  It was always frustrating getting on a new diet, and having a small list of foods and recipes I could eat for it.

So I decided to create this blog to list out what foods I’m eating, what new recipes I’m trying out, stuff like that.  And hopefully I can help some people in the process, too!
